Local Charles Water Karate Students Set and Achieve Goals

Congratulations to Christopher Ballato of East Meadow and Carle Place residents Adam Kwarren and Adam Vaz for graduating to the next tip or belt level in the Karatatot program at Charles Water Karate & Fitness in Williston Park.

Additionally, Adam Vaz, along with Old Westbury resident Aamir Muneer, competed in the school’s May Madness and both received trophies and medals for completing up to seven goals:, including 3,000 pushups, 5,000 kicks, 1,000 jumps and/or ground kicks, 2,000 belly burners and 2,000 jumping jacks, along with attending classes and following through with 10 random acts of kindness.
