Letter: A ‘Thank You’ To Supporters

I have been overwhelmed by the enthusiastic response our grassroots Campaign for Change has received since its inception. I am grateful and humbled by the support received from the many, many volunteers who lent their help by knocking on doors, making phone calls, sending mail or simply telling a friend.

I also want to thank the voters of our community who responded by coming out to the polls in record numbers for a local primary election. In the end, the margin of victory was more than I could have ever expected when we started.

 Thank you for the trust and confidence you’ve shown in me. If elected in the general election in November, I pledge to serve our community well in the Nassau County Legislature.
