In August, the Women of Distinction 2006 Award, sponsored by Assemblyman Rob Walker, honored 19 women of distinction selected from various towns and villages within the 15th Assembly District.

I was deeply honored to be selected for this prestigious award. I personally cannot thank Assemblyman Rob Walker enough for recognizing me to be included with the other outstanding 18 Women of Distinction.

Assemblyman Rob Walker is a hands on, one-on-one person. He sees the value of showing his gratitude for the devotion we have attempted to make our community a safer, better place to live.
