Allstate Insurance agent Steve Levy, whose office is located at 226 Westbury Avenue in Carle Place, has been awarded the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to volunteering in the community.

With this award comes a $500 grant from the Allstate Foundation for the Carle Place Little League. Levy received this award as a result of his active involvement with the Carle Place community. Charles Lala, territorial distribution leader at Allstate Insurance Company, nominated Levy. "Steve is an active member of this community," said Lala.

"He is a respected member of the business community, protecting people with insurance and financial services products. He also makes a point of getting involved personally by dedicating his time and efforts to making a difference in people's lives." Lala added, "Allstate believes that it is very important for corporations to take an active interest in the communities they serve. Allstate is proud to support the Carle Place Little League through the Allstate Foundation."
