Victoria Lester, (Vicki), of Westbury, died on June 12, 2006 in her 65th year. Devoted, loving and giving mother to Suzanne E. Woods (wife of William Woods) of Cold Spring Harbor and Patrick J. Wygand (husband of Theresa Wygand) of Oyster Bay. Adored, generous, proud and loving grandmother "Oma" of William J.C. Woods and Suzy "Bird" Woods and Grace Margaret and Patrick Henry Wygand. Loving sister of Deb Lester of Fort Myers, Florida. Formerly married to Allan R. Wygand of Westbury. Dedicated employee of the Town of North Hempstead for 25 years.

A memorial service was held last Friday at Saint John's Church in Cold Spring Harbor, followed by a reception in the Parish House. Donations to the Long Island Heart Association in her memory would be most welcome. Mrs. Lester wished to have her remains donated to the State University of Stony Brook.
