North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jon Kaiman, Councilman Robert Troiano and the Town of North Hempstead Business and Tourism Development Corporation co-sponsored a forum Oct. 28 for the Carle Place business community at Camille's restaurant. The focus of the meeting was a discussion of the streetscape improvements the town is considering along Westbury Avenue from Carle Road to Jamaica Boulevard.
