A record field of golfers teed off against child abuse and neglect as Child Abuse Prevention Services (CAPS), Long Island's leading organization dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect, hosted its 7th Annual Charity Golf Outing in August at the Tam O'Shanter Club in Brookville.
