Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon announced that a Grand Jury has indicted Gerrard Ganz, 32, of New York City, of four counts of manslaughter in the second degree; eight counts of vehicular manslaughter in the second degree; one count of assault in the third degree; one count of reckless endangerment in the second degree; and two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
