The Westbury Village Board's first meeting of 2005 brought out a standing room only crowd last Thursday. Some 125 concerned residents filled the board room after a flier, sent anonymously to village officials and residents, alarmed them that the board supposedly approved two group homes on Bedford Avenue in the village's "Breezy Hill" section.
The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools first accredited St. Brigid/Our Lady of Hope Regional School in 1998. As part of the ongoing maintenance of accreditation, schools must submit progress reports after three and six years.
