North Hempstead Councilman Robert Troiano will host a community forum on Thursday, Sept. 9 at 8 p.m. in the Park Avenue School, featuring the candidates seeking the Democratic party nomination for New York State's 13th Assembly District in the primary to be held on Sept. 14.
