Interment Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Glendale. Robert William Pavlicin, 38, of Woodbury, MN, formerly of Westbury, died on Feb. 23, 2003. He was a marketing manager at 3M, St. Paul, MN. He was a former US Marine, Gulf War veteran, Operation Provide Comfort (Kurdish refugees, Iraq) and Operation Restore Hope (Somalia). He was the recipient of the Navy Achievement Medal. He is survived by his wife, Karen; son, Alexander; parents, Maj. George A. Pavilicin, USMC (Ret) and Mary E. Pavlicin of Greenport; brothers G. Alan Pavlicin, Patrick Pavlicin; sisters, Karen Pratt, Elizabeth Schellhorn. He was predeceased by his sister, Barbara Marie Pavlicin.
