Thanks to the Westbury and Carle Place Rotary Club, four-year-old Natalia Agarkova of Russia will now be able to perform normal everyday activities like riding a bike, running and laughing without worrying about straining her heart. The St. Brigid's Church sixth grade boy's basketball team recently won the Nassau-Suffolk CYO Championship. The team finished on top over 60 other teams that competed for the title, and compiled a nearly perfect 16-1 record, including five playoff victories. In the championship game, which was held at Adelphi University on March 23, they stormed to a 12-0 lead before completing the championship run with a 46-37 win. FULL STORY
