Charles Water Karate & Fitness located at 122 Hillside Avenue in Williston Park recently hosted its third annual in house Sparring Tournament.

This competition provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate the proficiency that they have developed through their training exhibiting both their physical and mental finesse. There were 105 competitors, children, teens, and adults.

"It is our belief that everyone that participates in a competition is a winner," said owner Charles Water. "When a person enters a tournament they are on a quest to do their best. This is a character builder and a challenge that is only taken on by the leaders of today and tomorrow."

Listed are winners from all over Long Island, including Westbury and Carle Place.
