Westbury High School Track Coach Donald Ross was honored to serve as grand marshal at the 2001 Homecoming Celebration.

Westbury High School saluted America at their Homecoming 2001 celebration. Stars and Stripes were everywhere as the homecoming parade marched through town, with spectators ranging from staff members to community residents cheering the participants on. Westbury High School's track coach, Donald Ross, proudly served as grand marshal. Principal Dr. Pless Dickerson delivered congratulatory remarks. Homecoming King Matthew Duncan and Queen Shameika Bowman made their appearance in a royal float. Dr. Dickerson and Assistant Principal Manuel Arias and the 2001 Homecoming Committee would like to extend a special "Thank You" to all of those students, staff members, community members and everyone else who helped and participated in the 2001 Homecoming Celebration.
