University at Albany freshman outside hitter Sue Porzelt, a Carle Place graduate, is tied for fourth among the American East volleyball leaders in service aces this season.

Porzelt leads Albany in aces this season with 25, and is tied for fourth in the conference with a 0.4 per game average. The first-year player has seen action in 15 of the team's 17 matches, and is fifth on the team in digs.

Albany is playing its inaugural season in the America East Conference this season.
