Students at Charles Water's Karate & Fitness, located in Williston Park, have received belt promotions after successfully completing a series of extensive exams.

"Our goal at Charles Water's Karate & Fitness is to facilitate mental growth enabling our students to reach their highest potential as human beings," said Mr. Charles Water, owner and director of the school. Our studio teaches students how to defend themselves responsibly while instilling self-confidence, self-discipline and respect for others."

Charles Water's Karate & Fitness is a full time, professional martial arts school, with classes for children, adults and teenagers. The school is the only one on Long Island that also offers Karatatot, the only program specifically designed for pre-school children starting at 4 years of age.

The school provides complimentary workshops for those individuals or groups that are interested in either the mental or physical aspects of the martial arts. The school is celebrating its 14th year on Long Island.

From Floral Park: Joseph Chang to orange belt one stripe.

From Albertson: Andrew Cohen to red belt, Tim Sande to red belt one stripe.

From Williston Park: Matthew Dunn to orange belt one stripe, Thomas Dunn to orange belt one stripe, Meri Lynch to orange belt, Spencer Wolf to red belt two stripes, Jack Wolf to red belt two stripes.

From Mineola: Timmy Dzeladini to green belt, Christina Finelli to orange belt one stripe, Joseph Finelli to orange belt one stripe, Steven Finelli to orange belt one stripe.

From Westbury: Allison Fazio to green belt two stripes, Kim Fazio to green belt two stripes, Mario Zaino to green belt one stripe.
