Angelo Ferrara to Run for Supervisor of North Hempstead
Republican North Hempstead Town Councilman Angelo Ferrara announced last Saturday that he will be a candidate for the office of supervisor of North Hempstead in November. Mr. Ferrara made his announcement on the steps of Town Hall, flanked by family members and fellow Republicans, including State Senator Michael Balboni, Assemblywomen Maureen O'Connell and Donna Ferrara (no relation) and Councilman James O'Connor.

Christopher Sacco Earns Two Letters in Lacrosse
Christopher Sacco, a resident of Westbury and a 1998 graduate of W.T. Clarke High School, is a member of the 2001 Eastern Connecticut State University men's lacrosse team, the Warriors. A junior, he has earned two letters in the program.
