The Carle Place Little League recently held their annual awards picnic for the 2000 baseball season. One winner, Connor Kasny, a 6th grader at Rushmore Avenue School, received the Ed Fogarty Memorial Award for League MVP. Connor is the grandson of Florence Kasny of Albertson and the recently deceased Herbert Stichweh of Williston Park. His parents, Ellen and Edward Kasny, and his sisters, Kerry and Mary, are proud of all the hard work Connor puts into everything he does.
