I was very pleased to see your cover article last week about Circolo di Amici ("CDA"), and I would like to congratulate all of the founders and CDA for their initiative in stimulating involvement by young adults in the life of our community. In this day and age, when it is so important that young people take an interest in their communities, too few do. We should be proud of the fact that our young adults have taken these first steps toward full participation in the community. I am certain that these efforts will be successful, and that this new organization will be an asset to our community. I for one would invite all of the young people of Westbury to follow the example that has been set by CDA.
