Amanda Chaimovitch, the daughter of Bernard Chaimovitch and Ellen Chaimovitch of Prince Lane in Westbury is a member of the 2000 Hamilton College softball team, which is currently 3-12 on the season.

A senior majoring in art at Hamilton, Chaimovitch is a graduate of West Tresper Clarke High School.

Hamilton will rely on the experience of a squad made up of mostly upperclassmen. This should help the Continentals as they wade their way through the long season. The Continentals next home game is against St. Lawrence April 22 at 1 p.m.
