James J. Clinch, of Westbury, did on Oct. 24, 1999. He was retired vice president of the Bank of NY, retired professor at Nassau Community College, retired judge for the American Board of Arbitration and retired chairman of the Real Estate Advisory Committee of the NYS Teachers Retirement System. Husband of Muriel. Father of Wayne M., Elizabeth Agnes DeRose and the late Kevin J. Grandfather of Anthony, Andrew and Alexander DeRose. Arrangements were made by the Donohue Funeral Home, Westbury. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Hope RC Church. Interment St. John's Cemetery.
