Now in her third term, and seeking a fourth, the first female chief executive of a Nassau County township is touting a budget surplus approaching $4 million, a Moody's bond rating increase, and the creation of Harbor Links golf complex, which, according to Newburger, generated $1.8 million gross revenue in just a few months of operation.
