Jerome (Jeremiah) Hanifan, of Westbury, died on Sept. 3, 1999. He was a veteran of WWII and a former postal supervisor at the Westbury Post Office. Husband of Rose F. (nee Siniscalchi). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Donohue Funeral Home, Westbury. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Brigid's RC Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery.
