After a very quick seven months, I am leaving The Westbury Times to pursue a new opportunity. Jessica DeStefano will be taking over the editorship of the paper.

It has been an extremely rewarding experience to cover Westbury, Carle Place, New Cassel and the surrounding areas, and it has been refreshing to meet the many people who truly care about maintaining a sense of community spirit in the area, and about improving the quality of life for its residents. I would like to thank everyone I have had the opportunity to work with during my time with The Westbury Times and I wish all my readers the best as we approach the 21st century.
