Thirty-one students at Master Charles Water's Hwang Karate Studio located in Williston Park, have received belt promotions after successfully completing a series of extensive exams.

Congratulations to Laura Rosenkrantz of Carle Place, and Sarah Kennedy and Lynn Maliszewski of Westbury, all of whom were promoted to Red Belt.
