    Carle Place High School held its sixth annual girls' and boys' basketball camps during the month of July. Some 95 girls and boys, grades five-10, attended the two-week camp. During the approximate 3 1/2 hour daily sessions, students learned specific individual and team skills, the rules of the game, participated in specific skill competitions, and scrimmaged within their age groups. In addition, individual campers were recognized by their coaches as "camper of the day" for their effort, enthusiasm and skill development. FULL STORY
