Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church will be hosting a chili/spaghetti and meatball dinner and a night of square dancing with a professional caller. It’s time to highlight Elmont American Legion Post 1033 located in the impressive building on Hill Ave. Besides providing great Memorial Day parades, the post is involved in many programs that benefit the community. The America Lodge #2245 is a co-ed lodge with many projects that enhance the preservation of the members‘ Italian heritage. The lodge raises funds for contributions to worthy charities.
