Defensive Driving Class

Sponsored by St. Boniface Human Services on July 7 and 9 from 7 to 10 p.m. This class qualifies the driver for a 10 percent reduction on collision premiums for three years and up to a 10 percent discount on liability premiums for three years. Four points will automatically be deducted from the total on driver record incurred violations during the 18 month period prior to completing the class. Cost $45. Little Women

This musical based on Louisa May Alcott’s novel follows the adventures of Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March as they grow up in Civil War America. The show, with its exhilarating new score, guarantees a night filled with laughter, tears, plenty of heart and a lifting of the spirit. Performances (July 11 through July 26): Wednesday, July 22 at 2 and 8 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays 8 p.m.; Sundays 2:30 p.m. at the BroadHollow Theatre, 700 Hempstead Tpke., Elmont. Tickets are $28 adults; $25 seniors; $18 students; $14 for youths 12 and under.
