Although the Courtesy Hotel's days may be numbered as the property looks like it will be sold to the Trammell Crow Residential, the premises still is a location of police activity.

On Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 12:01 a.m., police arrested a 52-year-old East Meadow man for possession of drugs in the Courtesy Hotel parking lot.

Police said that while on routine patrol, officers found the suspect in possession of five clear plastic bags containing cocaine.
