Carol DeSanto is planning on opening up a flea market at Belmont Raceway in March with over 400 vendors to line her pockets with cash. The schools and residents are in great danger. Mayfair Avenue, a quiet village street, will become Mayfair Expressway (an entrance to Elmont).

Due to fire codes, they will open Mayfair. It is bad enough that during the Belmont Stakes, the young people urinate and get drunk all over the west end properties. Our police force will then be working overtime. If Belmont allows this, then we cannot permit the parking on our streets at anytime during any races. The Mayfair gate should be permanently closed.

Assemblyman Alfano and Senator Balboni, wake up and fight this disaster.
