Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon announced that Sam Hilany, a.k.a. Nahum Hilany, 35, whose last known address was in West Hempstead, was sentenced yesterday afternoon to two to six years in prison, by Nassau County Court Judge Jerald Carter. Hilany pled guilty on July 13, 2005 to Attempted Grand Larceny in the First Degree, a Class C Felony and Scheme to Defraud in the First Degree, a Class E Felony. FULL STORY
