Dear Mr. Ciotti,

Words cannot express my appreciation for all you and your administrative assistant Ann De Michael have done for our family in securing assistance for my elderly father in a time of need. Mrs. De Michael is a true "saint" who has gone way beyond what I had expected when I called your office for advice and direction.

As a resident of Franklin Square and an educator in Elmont for nearly 25 years, I would like others to know of your dedication to your constituents. The senior citizens in our community need to know that their legislator and his staff are truly there for them when a crisis occurs.

Thank you again, Mr. Ciotti, for everything.
