Consiglio Named Woman of Distinction
Alfano Honors Franklin Square Volunteer and Police Officer --
Calling her "a role model for young women and a true bright light of the Franklin Square community," Assemblyman Tom Alfano announced that Randi Consiglio of Franklin Square was named "Distinguished Woman of the 22nd Assembly District" and an "Honoree for the Nassau County Jr. League." Consiglio is a Franklin Square resident and is the daughter of Ronald and Mary Ellen Consiglio.

Alfano and Pataki Announce Child Abduction Alert Bill
Assemblyman Tom Alfano and Governor George Pataki announced a new law that will assist law enforcement officials in finding and recovering abducted children by rapidly disseminating critical information to the public. The law according to Alfano will help law enforcement coordinate resources and information to help recovery efforts of an abducted child.
