  • News: Alfano Delivers $20,000 Grant to GYO

    "This is why I love GYO," said Assemblyman Tom Alfano as he walked the halls of its Summer Program in the Elmont Union Free School District. Young people were having fun. First and second graders were having snacks in the cafeteria; fifth graders were playing basketball in the gym. Laughter, singing and dancing was heard up and down the halls.
