Amelia B. Anderson (nee Van Dohlen), of West Hempstead, died on April 15, 2001. Wife of the late Adler M. Mother of Neil Anderson, Christine A. Reinert and Robert Anderson. Grandmother of five. Memorial service at the Salvation Army Citadel Corps Church. Interment Greenfield Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Salvation Army Citadel Corps, 65 Atlantic Ave., Hempstead, NY. 11550. Ida Ryerson Dicke, of West Hempstead, died on April 24, 2001. She was a member of the Girls' Hempstead High School National Basketball Team of 1926. She graduated from Skidmore College and received her master's degree at Columbia University. She taught health and physical education from 1932 to 1945. She was a member of the Winthrop University Hospital Auxiliary, the Hempstead Historical Society, Christ Presbyterian Church of Hempstead and she was active in the Girl Scouts. Wife of Robert. Mother of triplets, Robert Jr., John and Peter. Grandmother of eight. Ernest Muscarella, of Franklin Square, died on April 25, 2001. Son of Josephine and the late Antonio. Father of Anthony. Brother of Daniel. Arrangements were made by the Krauss Funeral Home, Franklin Square. Mass at St. Catherine of Sienna RC Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
