New Carey Principal Likes What He Sees
After seven plus years as the principal of H. Frank Carey High School in Franklin Square, Dr. Tom Dolan left the position to become an assistant superintendent of the Manhasset School District. While a search is being conducted for a new principal, Dr. Leon Beckerman was named the interim principal at the school.

High School Scholar-Athletes to be Honored for Excellence
The Nassau and Suffolk County chapters of the National Football Foundation will be honoring local high school scholar-athletes at their annual award ceremonies held at the world famous Downtown Athletic Club located at 19 West Street, New York. The Nassau County Chapter hosted their dinner/ceremony on Dec. 6.
