As a follow-up to my discussion with Ann DeMichaels last week I just wanted to drop a note to you to thank you for your efforts on behalf of your constituents and Gateway Youth Outreach Inc. As witnessed by County Executive Gulotta's press release and from comments forwarded to me by many of your colleagues, you played a pivotal leadership role in not only meeting the expectations of the "Zarb Plan" but also were able to convince those involved that some form of restoration needed to be made to youth and social service agencies. This was a daunting task that was handled in a manner that we hope all involved can look at favorably and most importantly will allow GYO to provide the type and amount of programming we all know the people in the communities we serve deserve.
