John H. Rotsch, formerly of Franklin Square, died on Nov. 13, 1999. Born in Yonkers, he was a retired lineman foreman with LILCO and a member of the West Hernando Athletic Club where he played softball. Husband of Anita. She worked for the Elmont Public Schools as a secretary for over 30 years and was a founding member of the Elmont Public Library. Wife of the late Joseph E. Mother of Joseph, Marialena Winnter and Diane Romero. Mother-in-law of Kit MacFarland, Alan Winner and Manny Romero. Sister of Irene Burke. Grandmother of Joseph MacFarland, Nicole Winner, Nicholas and Daniel Romero. Great-grandmother of Neil and Sophie MacFarland and Dax Alan Shmidt.
