Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Hempstead Funeral Home. Services at St. Ladislaus RC Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. Flora Congemi, 87, of Franklin Square, died on Oct. 12, 1999. Wife of Angelo. Mother of Robert (late Barbara), Frances Varoli (John) and Albert (Virginia). Grandmother of Pamela, Kristan, Christopher, Joanne, Jacqueline, John David, Jennifer, Jonathan and Michael. Great-grandmother of Ryan, Dylan Chloe, Nicholas, Christopher, Claudia, Isabella, Daniel John and Ridgely. Arrangements were made by the Flinch & Bruns Funeral Home, Lynbrook. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery. Helen Reynolds, of Bethpage formerly of Elmont, died on Oct. 13, 1999. Helen was a retired educational curator for the NC Museum System, secretary of CSEA Retirees Association and a volunteer for many church and civic organizations. Wife of the late James. Mother of Irene and Fred Guerriero and Steven and Dolores Reynolds. Predeceased by her parents Bronislawa and Stephan Palewski and her brother Eugene Palewski. Grandmother of Elizabeth, James and Kathryn Guerriero and Janet and Linda Reynolds. Arrangements were made by the Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at St. Martin of Tours RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery. Donations in Helen's memory can be sent to Hospice Care Network, 900 Merchants Concourse, Westbury, NY or the American Cancer Society.
