Oyster Bay Town Councilman Chris Coschignano of Syosset, recently on board as a partner in the newly re-designated law firm of Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker, helped represent his firm in the Marcum Workplace Challenge at Jones Beach State Park on the evening of August 3.
It was Coschignano’s first time running a race, but he was satisfied with his performance and is looking forward to doing more of them.
Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker was one of 300 organizations, and Coschignano was one of 7000 participants in Long Island’s largest participatory sporting event. Now in its sixth year, the Marcum Workplace Challenge is open to any employee of a company, non-profit organization, school or governmental agency and his or her family and friends. The event, whose title sponsor is Marcum LLP, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, raises significant funds for the Childrens’ Medical Fund of New York and the Long Island Children’s Museum.
