Second Squad detectives report the arrest of Carlos Gentilcore, 33, of Glen Cove, on Dec. 26 at 2 p.m. He surrendered to detectives at the Second Squad and is charged with Criminal Mischief Third Degree stemming from an incident in Jericho on Nov. 25 at 5 p.m.
