2nd Annual LGBT Forum For Educators

Jericho Middle School, 99 Old Cedar Swamp Rd., is hosting the 2nd Annual LGBT Forum for Educators. The program, sponsored by LGBTeach, The Nassau County Anti-Bias Consortium, and the Nassau County Middle Level Principals’ Association, will be held from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A student panel will share personal stories and perspectives on how to make schools safer and more inclusive so LGBTA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Ally) students can engage in education free from bullying and harassment. Muttontown Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
