Jericho staff will face off against the Nassau Kings on Friday, Jan. 30 at 6 p.m. in the Sam Springer gym for the annual wheelchair basketball game. This districtwide fundraiser is being sponsored in conjunction with Jericho's "Disabilities Awareness Week." A $5 donation is suggested and children under 10 are admitted free. This game will precede the Girls Varsity Basketball game vs. Seaford at 8:15 p.m. All proceeds from the evening will go directly to support the Nassau Kings. Refreshments, prizes and raffles will help to make this a memorable community service effort for the entire family.
