SYAC Girls Softball board members are planning spring training sessions for both the SYAC intramural and travel programs for spring 2009.

SYAC Travel, which concluded its fall season earlier this month, has acquired a battery operated pitching machine for use in batting and fielding training exercises in the spring. These sessions will include professional instruction for players as well as useful practice drills for coaches.

Registration for the spring SYAC season will be held in January, on dates that will be announced soon. Girls in grades K-8 are encouraged to take part. For more information: www.syacgs.org.
