On Sunday, Feb. 24, the U6 Jericho Galaxy participated in the East Meadow World Cup Soccer Tournament. The boys competed against U7 teams and took first place.

They demonstrated good sportsmanship and teamwork and had a wonderful time. Excellent playing was demonstrated by the tournament MVP, Ari Kantorwitz. He was joined by superb team members Ryan Berger, Adam Garten, Steven Gerschwer, Jordan Miller, Matthew Rothstein and Brandon Weiss. Successfuly protecting the goal was Nicholas Pinto.
