Former Jericho High School Principal Pleads Guilty to Official Misconduct
Provided Regents Exam Answers to His Son -- Attorney General Eliot Spitzer announced that a former assistant principal at Jericho High School, Isben Jeudy, has pleaded guilty to taking last spring's New York State Regents History Exam, as well as the answers and giving them to his high school-aged son, a student in a neighboring district.

Narrow Escape for Syosset Man Involved in LIE Accident
The Highway Patrol Bureau and the Old Westbury Police Department report the details of a three-vehicle accident that occurred on March 1. Nine people were injured in the accident, which occurred on the Long Island Expressway westbound at exit 39 (Glen Cove Road) between a truck, bus and automobile.

SYAC Girls Softball Holds 'Coaches Clinics'
SYAC girls Softball hosted the first in a series of "Coaches Clinics" with an evening with former Yankee player Rusty Torres on March 20. Torres, who is a leading local trainer for softball and baseball, shared instruction and coaching tips with parents who have volunteered to coach Junior and Senior League SYAC teams this spring.

Jericho Youth Football League Registration set for Tackle, Flag and Cheerleading
The first set of registration dates for the fall 2006 flag and tackle football programs are set to take place on Monday, March 27 and Tuesday, March 28 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Jackson Elementary School cafeteria.
