Tryouts for SYAC Girls Softball travel teams will be held August 18, 19, 22, 23, 24 at 6 - 7:30 p.m. at the softball fields behind Syosset High School. Girls should come ready to play. It is advisable to make at least two sessions.

This fall, SYAC will field travel teams in an ASA travel softball league. Teams are at U10, U12 and U14 age levels (according to age at 1/1/05).

League play begins September 18 and runs until early November. Games are played on Syosset fields and in nearby towns. Games are usually Sunday afternoons and are doubleheaders. Practices will be held, as well.
