Jericho resident Rick Frishman started in the world of publicity almost 30 years ago. After working as a producer at WOR-AM, Frishman joined Planned TV Arts in 1976. At the time, the company consisted of Frishman and his mentor, whom Frishman bought out in 1990. All boys (Grades 3-12) and girls (Grades 3-8) interested in playing basketball in the intramural and travel leagues (tryouts TBA) must register in person at the Thompson Middle School Cafeteria on Sat. Sept. 11 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. or Tues. Sept. 14 at from 7 - 9:30 p.m. Boys in grades 3-6 must have rating evaluation at time of registration. Bring your sneakers.
