Syosset Chamber of Commerce president Jim Tinnelly was proud to announce Biggiani as this year's small business person of the year.
"I think Mike is an excellent choice for this award," said Syosset Chamber of Commerce president Jim Tinnelly. "We are honored that he is representing us. Mike has worked quietly but constantly and very consistently for the Syosset Chamber since its re-birth serving on the board in a variety of committees and more recently as second vice president."
