Woodbury Residents Concerned Over Roadway Situation
Nassau County Presiding Officer Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) recently intervened on behalf of local residents in an attempt to correct what she calls a dangerous traffic situation that exists less than 50 yards from their front lawn.

Jericho Youth Football Fall 2003 Season - Final Registration
The Jericho Youth Football League will hold its final fall 2003 season registrations for all boys and girls interested in participating in the non-contact flag football league. Registration will be held on Tuesday, April 29 at Jackson Elementary School Cafeteria from 7 until 9 p.m. Players must be at least 7 years of age and no older than 14 years of age by Dec. 1, 2003 in order to be eligible to participate.

Jericho Athletic Association holds Opening Day Baseball Parade
Baseball season is here and the Jericho Athletic Association tradition of having an Opening Day Baseball Parade was not stopped by the continuing bad weather this winter. On Saturday morning April 5 with the wind blowing, a steady cold rain coming down and with some very last minute changes to the schedule, the parade was moved indoors to the Jackson Elementary School gymnasium.
